ESA Markets is an independent brokerage connecting buyers and sellers of crude oil, refined fuels, and commodities across international markets. We do not take title to product, hold inventory, or trade on our own account — our role is to identify, verify, and introduce credible counterparties so that principals can negotiate and contract directly.
This connector model exists because the international commodity trade — particularly the segment conducted outside major term contracts and large institutional relationships — is large, fragmented, and contains a significant volume of non-credible inquiries alongside genuine demand and supply. Our value lies in the judgment and process we apply to separate the two.
How We Work
Every buyer requirement and seller offer submitted to ESA Markets is reviewed for completeness, plausibility, and documentation consistency before we actively pursue a match. Where a credible match exists, we facilitate a direct introduction between the two parties. From that point, negotiation, due diligence, and contracting proceed between the principals — our role does not extend to drafting contracts, issuing financial instruments, or guaranteeing transaction outcomes.
We believe this clarity about what we do and do not do is part of what keeps our network credible. Buyers and sellers who work with us know exactly what role we play and what responsibilities remain their own.
